Carriage House – Ocean & Mountain View
Our carriage house, located on 5 acres of property in Garden Bay (Pender Harbour), which is a wonderful destination for a holiday getaway and just a quick scenic ferry ride from the mainland. It is a fully contained 900 square foot, two bedroom, open post and beam design which can sleep up to 6 people. The location is on a mountain a short distance from the water, south facing with a lovely view of local lakes, mountains and the ocean. It is the perfect base for kayaking, fishing, biking, hiking or whatever outdoor adventure you choose to take on. 
The area has 10 freshwater lakes within a 30 minute drive, and is about 6 kms to the ocean. It has unlimited hiking and biking trails minutes from our doorstep. There is also great fresh and saltwater kayak fishing for those who like to get a line wet.
We are excited to say that we have had a fantastic response with the accommodations and adventures we have to offer from our location on the Sunshine Coast. The carriage house, with its fully equipped kitchen, offers indoor comfort and convenience and allows us to provide our clients with custom packages for kayak courses, tours, fishing or other activities to enjoy while on the Sunshine Coast.

Carriage House: Cost $240.00 per night plus taxes (for up to 4 people). Each addition person up to 6 – $50.00/person.

We have stayed at this accommodation on and off since it was built. This is our go-to place whenever we are on the Sunshine Coast whether just for a quick get away or to take part in some kayak adventurers with Howard. The property is exceptional and the hosts are amazing. looking forward to booking our next trip soon.

Perfect fit for 2 couples wanting a chillaxin' getaway Great views from the deck carriage house; we're able to get in some fantastic hiking, fishing; kayaking. First class accomodation.
I stayed at the carriage house with Heather C last fall. Such a beautiful place with full kitchen and washer dryer to keep our active wear clothes smelling great. It allowed me to pack lighter for sure. The bed is comfortable and the view and patio are amazing. I would stay here again.

I have stayed at the carriage house twice now. Such as beautiful place. Great view, clean and comfortable. So many lakes and hikes near by as well a on the water activities offered by the hosts such as kayaking and kayak fishing.
